New Delhi: Bollywood actor Rajkummar Rao has wrapped up the first schedule of his upcoming movie 'Made In China', which also stars Mouni Roy. Taking to his Twitter, the 'Newton' star shared a picture with the team of the film, announcing the schedule wrap. He captioned it as, "Schedule wrap for #MadeinChina. What a fun shoot, can’t wait to share it with you guys on the big screen."

Starring Mouni Roy as Rao's wife (Rukmini), the film is based on the life of a struggling Gujarati businessman, Raghu (Rajkummar Rao), who embarks on a journey to China in order to make his business flourish. The hilarious journey and several lessons help the 'Omerta' star to become a successful entrepreneur.

The film is being directed by National Award-winner Mikhil Musale, who won an award for his 2016 drama-thriller 'Wrong Side Raju'. Meanwhile, Dinesh Vijan of 'Hindi Medium' fame will produce the flick.

'Made in China' will hit the theaters on Independence Day, next year.

Rajkummar will also be seen in Anil Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor Ahuja-starrer 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga', which is scheduled to hit theaters on February 1 next year.
