New Delhi: Avantika Malik, the estranged spouse of Bollywood actor Imran Khan, has fuelled divorce rumours with her recent post. Avantika reposted a video of singer Miley Cyrus dancing to one of her songs on her Instagram Stories. The words "that divorce was the best thing for her" were put on the footage. Avantika re-posted it and added, "Not only her...#justsaying."

Little over a month ago, Imran Khan made a rare public appearance while holding hands with actor Lekha Washington. Avantika's post came shortly after that. Imran was seen in Mumbai with Lekha in February, which led to relationship rumours. In 2013, the pair collaborated on Vishal Bhardwa's 'Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola'.
In 2011, Avantika and Imran got married. They have a daughter named Imara. In 2019, there were rumours that they were divorcing, although neither Imran nor Avantika addressed them. Imran and Avantika reportedly chose to part ways last year.
Meanwhile, Imran Khan made his acting debut in the 2008 film 'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na'. He has also appeared in a number of movies, including 'I Hate Love Stories', 'Delhi Belly', and 'Mere Brother Ki Dulhan'. He was last seen in the 2015 film 'Katti Batti'.
