New Delhi: Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan needs no introduction. Ever since his acting debut with Kaho Na Pyaar Hai, he has established himself as one of the greatest dancers of Bollywood and impressed the audience with his acting prowess over the years. While Hrithik went on to win all the awards for his debut film opposite Ameesha Patel, very few know that the star kid's actual acting debut was not with Kaho Na Pyaar Hai but with the 1986 film 'Bhagwan Dada.'

Hrithik Roshan played a pivotal role in the Rajinikanth and Sridevi starrer action drama. The film directed by Hrithik's maternal grandfather, also starrer his actor-filmmaker father Rakesh Roshan with the film's music composed by his uncle Rajesh Roshan.


A video clip of Hrithik and Sridevi from the film has been trending on the internet these days. In the video, Hrithik, who essayed the role of Govinda in the film, can be seen having a conversation with Sridevi who played the character of Geeta in the film.

Hrithik Roshan is currently shooting for his upcoming action drama 'War 2' which is a sequel to his 2019 hit film 'War' that also starred Tiger Shroff. The film is a part of the YRF Spy Universe that also includes Shah Rukh Khan starrer 'Pathaan' and Salman Khan starrer 'Tiger' franchise. 'War 2' is being directed by Brahmastra director Ayan Mukerji. It also stars Jr NTR as well as Sharvari Wagh and Alia Bhatt in key roles.


The actor also garnered a lot of praise for his recent performance in the aerial action drama 'Fighter' starring Deepika Padukone along with Anil Kapoor, Akshay Oberoi and Karan Singh Grover in key roles. The film received a lukewarm response at the box office but went on to enter the Rs 100 crore club garnering acclaim for its aerial action sequences.
