Here’s what Priyanka Chopra’s mother Madhu Chopra has to say about meeting Nick Jonas

New Delhi: Bollywood diva Priyanka Chopra and her alleged boyfriend Nick Jonas have become the talk of the town. The two celebrities have been making waves among the fans with their recent appearance where they were spotted walking hand-in-hand .The 'Quantico' actress has brought the American singer along with her to meet her mother, sending the paparazzi into a tizzy.

PeeCee and Nick stepped out for a dinner date on Friday and were joined by the 'Baajirao Mastani' actress’ mother Madhu Chopra. Grapevines have been buzzing with the rumours that Priyanka wanted her mother to meet her boyfriend and hence the surprise visit to Mumbai was planned.

The question on everyone’s mind is how would Piggy Chops’ mum react on meeting her alleged lover.

Madhu Chopra while talking to a leading daily opened up about meeting the 'Jealous' singer. She said didn’t get the time to know Nick that well as there were 10-odd people.

‘’We just went out for dinner where Nick was present. But it was a large group. There were 10-odd people, so I didn’t get the time to know him that well,” Madhu Chopra told DNA.

When asked about what she thought about the 25-year-old singer, she said that she met him for the very first time and it’s too early to form any opinion about him.

“I’ve met him for the first time, so it’s too early to form an opinion,” she was quoted as saying by the leading daily.


Nick Jonas, who is said to be head over heels in love with the Desi girl, enjoyed the Mumbai rains with her post their dinner date at an upscale restaurant in Bandra. The 'Careful What You Wish For' actor shared the romantic moment on his Instagram handle.

On a related note, Priyanka Chopra will soon commence shooting for Ali Abbas Zafar’s ‘Bharat’ opposite Salman Khan. The ‘Fashion’ actress has reportedly signed a new film by Shonali Bose, co-starring Zaira Wasim and Farhan Akhtar.
