39 yr old dimpled beauty of Bollywood, Gul Panag, gave everyone a shock when she broke the news today about having given birth to a baby boy a whole 6 months ago already, with husband Rishi Attari who's a pilot. Successfully hiding her whole pregnancy phase from media, Gul just opened up in an interview sharing all the details including child's name which is Nihal. Gul also revealed why she and her husband kept if a secret. Talking about it Gul told Mumbai Mirror in an interview - "Rishi and I have always valued our privacy. Becoming parents is a special experience and we decided that we’d like to go through it without the distraction of public attention. Family and close friends knew about Nihal but we refrained from posting anything on the social media. He is almost six months old and it has been a roller coaster ride!" Gul Panag with her newborn baby boy Nihal, the news of whose birth was kept a secret until today Gul also shared that Nihal was a premature baby. When asked what was it like returning to her fitness regime post pregnancy...she said - "Nihal was born prematurely so I didn’t put on too much weight. Even through the pregnancy, I took care to eat healthy and have always been very active, so it was easy to get back to my workouts and shed the extra kilos."
