Govinda Naam Mera Song Bijli Out: Vicky Kaushal And Kiara Advani Put On An "Electrifying" Show
The first song from the movie 'Govinda Naam Mera', which stars Vicky Kaushal, has been released.
New Delhi: Vicky Kaushal-starrer 'Govinda Naam Mera's first track was released on Friday. The song Bijli, featuring Vicky Kaushal and Kiara Advani, appears to be an absolute Bollywood-y dance number.
Vicky Kaushal shared the song's music video on Instagram and wrote, “It’s time to groove to the most electrifying tune of the season! Bijli SONG OUT NOW!”

Mika Singh and Neha Kakkar both contributed to the catchy song's vocals. The song has been penned by Vayu and it was composed by Sachin-Jigar.
Vicky Kaushal, along with Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar, portrays the lead characters in the crime comedy flick 'Govinda Naam Mera'.
Earlier, the trailer for the upcoming movie was unveiled by the makers revealing the twisted tale of love and betrayal. Judging by the trailer, the film is a straight-up masala entertainer with a splash of humour.
The film's official synopsis reads: The story of Govinda Waghmare, a small-time junior background dancer. Life is not going great for this boy next door as he owns a huge amount of money in debt and his house is at stake. To make matters worse, his wife Gauri (Bhumi) is having an affair and also physically abuses him. The only silver lining in Govinda's life is his girlfriend Suku (Kiara Advani), with whom he loves to dance in the Mumbai rains.
'Govinda Naam Mera' is directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. The movie will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on December 16.
