Gold: Akshay Kumar's ninth film to enter Rs. 100 cr club
New Delhi: Akshay Kumar's 'Gold' has finally crossed the Rs. 100 crore mark on its 13th day to become the actor's ninth film to enter the coveted club. The film, which hit the theatres on Independence Day, has earned a whopping Rs. 100.45 crore. Film critic Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to make the announcement, writing, "#Gold crosses Rs. 100 cr mark on Day 13... [Week 2] Fri 1.85 cr, Sat 3.10 cr, Sun 4.75 cr, Mon 1.45 cr. Total: Rs. 100.45 cr. India biz... Akshay Kumar's ninth film in Rs. 100 cr Club."
