Mumbai: The Mumbai Police on Wednesday (November 10) said that it will issue a summon to Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's manager Pooja Dadlani after she failed to appear before the Special Investigation Team (SIT), which is probing the exortion case. She skipped the summon citing her health reasons, according to a report in ANI. The police officials had called Dadlani for questioning in connection with drugs on cruise ship case.

The Mumbai Police said that Pooja Dadlani’s statement was important for the SIT and the officials would summon her again to record her statement in the case.

The Special Investigation Team,  which is headed by senior officer Sanjay Kumar Singh, has been constituted to investigate six cases, including the drugs case involving Aryan Khan.

The NCB’s Delhi vigilance team, which is investigating the pay-off allegations in the drugs case in which SRK’s son Aryan Khan was arrested, had visited a spot outside a hotel in Lowel Parel where Pooja and NCB’s witness KP Gosavi had allegedly met, a report in PTI said.

The team also visited the Mumba cruise terminal where the Goa-bound ship, on which the alleged rave party was organized on October 2, is docked.
