Deepika Ranveer got ENGAGED on 12th November in a traditional Phool Muddi (Konkani) ceremony!

It was the Engagement Ceremony for Deepika Padukone and Ranveer singh which accomplished in a traditional Konkani Phool Muddi ritual and the couple even exchanged rings 2 days before their wedding on 14th and 15th November. Spotboye reveals that the Konkani 'Phool Muddi' ceremony took place yesterday which is an official engagement kind of thing where the to-be-bride Deepika Padukone’s father welcomed Ranveer Singh and his family, gave him a coconut, and made him sit and wash his feet. Pic: Web) So, DeepVeer are officially engaged now and the gorgeous couple is all set to tie the knot in the presence of their family and close friends at the picturesque Villa Del Balmianello. However the couple isn't staying at the villa but have reportedly booked a resort named Four Seasons Hotel Milano which is about 40 to 45 mins travel away from the wedding menu. Deepika-Ranveer will tie knot in two ceremonies, Sindhi and Konkani and after their wedding, the couple will go on a brief honeymoon. There will be two receptions, one at Bangalore on 21st November and the other in Mumbai on 28th November. Ranveer will get busy with 'Simmba' promotions soon after, since the trailer releases on December 2nd while the film is scheduled to release in the same month on 28th.
