Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are one of the most loved couples in tinsel town. The two lovebirds, who fell in love on the sets of ‘Ramleela’, are in a steady relationship since the past few years, DeepVeer, as fondly called  by fans, were last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmaavat’, where they played the role of queen Padmavati and Alauddin Khilji. Although, the two actors have remained mum over their relationship, speculations are rife that they will tie the knot on November 20 in Lake Como Italy.


A report in a leading daily suggested that Ranveer and Deepika might have a traditional Sindhi wedding.

The ‘Gully Boy’ actor’s family is keen to have a typical Sindhi marriage, with traditional customs like Saanth, where groom’s relatives and friends tear his clothes, the report in DNA said.



There are also reports that DeepVeer’s pre-wedding rituals will start with a Nandi puja for the bride and groom, ten days prior to their wedding.

Both the talented actors are yet to officially say something about their wedding. Recently, while talking to leading daily, Deepika dropped a hint and said that people will know about it soon.

Ranveer and Deepika’s wedding in Italy is expected to a private affair with only family members and close friends in attendance. The couple is rumoured to have asked the guests to not bring their cell phones to the wedding venue as they wish to keep things private.

The actors will throw a grand wedding reception for their industry friends in Mumbai once they return back to India.



Interestingly, it is being said that Ranveer’s bachelor party recently took place in Orlando and his lady love Deepika Padukone was present too. The two of them were also spotted walking hand-in-hand in Disneyland and the video of the same even went viral on the internet.

Considering how big fat Indian weddings we are get, we just can wait to see Deepika and Ranveer get hitched.
