Tujhko Mirchi Lagi: New Song From 'Coolie No.1' To Release Tomorrow, Sara Ali Khan Shares Her Experience

Tujhko Mirchi Lagi: Sara Ali Khan and Varun Dhawan will be seen grooving to the beats of another remix in Coolie No. 1.

New Delhi: Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan starrer 'Coolie No.1' has been making waves ever since the project was announced. The trailer of the comedy drama has received a massive response from the audience on different platforms. Although, the trailer of 'Coolie No.1' triggered a meme fest, it managed to create a lot of buzz on social media. The makers are of the film are now all set to release another peppy number on Monday (December 21).

After 'Teri Bhabhi', 'Husn Hain Suhana' and 'Mummy Kassam', another foot tapping number from 'Coolie No.1' will be released. The song 'Tujhko Mirchi Lagi' will feature Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan in a different avatar. Sara, who made her Bollywood debut with 'Kedarnath' opposite Sushant Singh Rajput, opened up on her experience while working on the iconic numbers. "Working on Coolie No. 1 has really been a dream come true. One has grown up listening to songs like Husn hai Suhana and Mirchi Lagi, and it’s surreal that I now feature in the reprised versions of these songs," the 'Simmba' actress said in a statement. 'Tujhko Mirchi Lagi' was originally composed by the music director duo of Anand - Milind for 'Coolie No.1', which released in 1995. George and Dj Chetas have now added new beats to the popular number.

'Coolie No.1' Release Date

'Coolie No.1', produced by Jackky Bhagnani, Vashu Bhagnani and Deepshika Deshmukh. will premiere directly on Amazon Prime Video on December 25. The David Dhawan directorial also featured Paresh Rawal, Javed Jaffery, Rajpal Yadav and Shikha Talsania in key roles. The movie was slated to hit the silver screens in May 2020; however, it couldn't release on its scheduled date due to COVID-19 crisis. It is the remake of Govinda and Karisma Kapoor starrer of the same name. Watch this space for more updates!
