New Delhi: Late Kannada actor Chiranjeevi Sarja's wife Meghana Raj has given birth to their son on Thursday (October 22) morning. Chiranjeevi's brother Dhruva Sarja took to social media to announce the arrival of his nephew and thank the fans for the love and support. He shared a post on his Instagram story and informed everyone that he has become a proud uncle.

Dhruva wrote, "Boy baby... Jai Hanuman." His wife Prerana Shankar also shared the good news with her fans on Insta story. Her post read, ""Meghana and Chiru blessed with baby boy." Check out the post!

Dhruva's cousin Suraj Sarja got emotional while sharing the news on social media. He wrote, "Welcoming Chiru with loads of love. Thank you all for your prayers and support. It's a baby boy."

Photos of Chiranjeevi and Meghana's baby boy are going viral on social media. In one of the photos, Dhruva can be seen holding his nephew in his arms.

Kannada actor Chiranjeevi Sarja passed away in June 2020 after suffering a cardiac arrest. He was 39. His wife Meghana Raj announced her pregnancy by sharing a heartwarming post on Instagam. She addressed their child as a 'symbol of their love'.

"CHIRU, I have tried & tried again but I am unable to put in words what I want to tell you. All the words in the world cannot describe what you mean to me. My friend, my lover, my partner, my child, my confidante, my HUSBAND- you are much more than all of this. You are a piece of my soul Chiru.

Chiranjeevi Sarji, who was the grandson of veteran Kannada actor Shakti Prasad, started his career as an assistant director. The Sandalwood star made his acting debut with 'Vayuputra' in 2009.

On the professional front, Chiranjeevi Sarja worked in many films including Samhaara, Sinnga, Amma I Love You, Prema Baraha,  Aadyaa, Khaki, to name a few.
