Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer 'Bharat' collected a huge 42.30 crores on it's opening day, making it superstar's biggest Eid opener and the biggest ever of his career. Salman Khan just turned to social media and penned a heartfelt note for his fans thanking them for the love and praise. He also mentions what made him the happiest mentioning a National Anthem scene from the film and how the cine-goers reacted to it by standing in respect for the nation.

Salman's full message reads- "Big thk u sabko fr giving sabse bada opening mere career ka par what made me the happiest & proudest is ki during a scene in my film jab national anthem is recited ev1 stood up as a mark of respect. There could be no bigger respect for our country than this... Jai Hind[folded hands emoji] ".

The inside theatre videos from 'Bharat' screening have been surfacing since film's release on Wednesday, which shows crowds cheering on various scenes of their favorite Bhaijaan. Even film's producer and Salman's brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri had shared one such video that has the fans making loud cheers for Salman on his entry. "

And this has surely turned into numbers as the film sets Box Office on fire earning a whopping 42.30 crores on Day 1. Released in 4700 screens across India, Ali Abbas Zafar directed 'Bharat' has managed to get a bumper opening.
