New Delhi: Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar will be witnessed sharing the screen space for the very first time in the upcoming family drama ‘Badhaai Do’. Directed by Harshavardhan Kulkarni, ‘Badhaai Do’ is the spiritual sequel of the 2018 movie ‘Badhaai Ho’, which featured Ayushmann Khurrana, Neena Gupta and Gajraj Rao playing the lead roles.
The makers of ‘Badhaai Do’ has finally released the first motion poster of the film starring Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar in the lead roles. Bhumi Pednekar also shared the motion poster and wrote on Instagram, “Out of the closet in just 1 day! Badhaai Do Trailer out tomorrow #BadhaaiDoInCinemas”.

The makers also revealed that the trailer of this much-awaited flick will release tomorrow (January 25, 2022). Rajkummar Rao took to his Instagram and announced the same, “Kal aa raha hai hamara trailer. Kal Badhaai dena vaise aaj bhi dena chaho toh de sakte ho. #BadhaaiDoInCinemas Can’t keep it a secret anymore, Badhaai Do trailer out Tomorrow! #BadhaaiDoInCinemas”.
‘Badhaai Do’ has been jointly written by Suman Adhikary and Akshat Ghildial. Rajkummar Rao will be seen playing the role of a policeman and Bhumi Pednekar will illustrate the role of a physical education teacher. Seema Pahwa, Sheeba Chadha, Lovleen Mishra, Nitish Pandey, Shashi Bhushan and Chum Darang will also be seen playing pivotal roles in this movie.
The release date of ‘Badhaai Do’ will be announced along with the trailer of the movie.
