New Delhi: Popular singer-music director Pratik Bachchan, fondly known by his stage name B Praak, shared a post on social media to inform the fans about his father’s Varinder Bachan’s demise. The ‘Teri Mitti’ hitmaker got emotional while penning his thoughts after his dad's death. He posted a photo with his late father on Instagram along with the note.
B Praak, who has crooned several hit songs, said that he is heartbroken as his father was his support system. He also revealed that he recently lost his uncle. Calling Varinder a 'legend', the singer wrote, "Don’t Have Words I’m Numb I’m Lost I’m Broken First Chacha And Now You Gone Really Gonna Miss You Daddy Your Every Reaction To My Song."
"Those Happy Tears In Your Eyes For Me I Love You Sooo Much And Now I’m Gonna Miss You Soo Much……. Always Bless Me And Family. RIP Daddy. RIP Legend,” Praak added.
Suniel Shetty, Akshara Singh, Nikhil Dwivedi, Aditi Singh Sharma, Mika Singh and other celebs dropped comments on the post and offered their condolence. Aditi wrote, "So sorry for your loss. May his soul rest in peace" while Mika commented, "Very sad. He was mys favorite music composer.
Praak's father Varinder Bachan was a Punjabi music producer and composer.

B Praak won the award for the 'Best Male Playback Singer' for 'Teri Mitti' at the National Film Awards 2019. The song featured in Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra starrer 'Kesari', which emerged as a massive hit at the box office.
The 'Filhaal' hitmaker started his career as a music producer and director, gaining recognition with Harrday Sandhu's 'Soch'. He recently announced his new untitled single with Bollywood star Emraan Hashmi.
