Ayushmann Khurrana & Tahira Kashyap Share Heartfelt Posts On Daughter Varushka's 'Second Consecutive Lockdown Birthday'

Ayushmann Khurrana shared a throwback photo from his last international trip to wish daughter Varushka on her birthday.

Bollywood actor Ayushmanm Khurrana and his wife Tahira Kashyap penned heartfelt posts for their daughter Varushka, who turned a year older on Wednesday (April 21). The ‘Dream Girl’ actor shared a throwback picture of his daughter from their last international trip to Bahamas in January 2020 along with a cute post. He called Varushka ‘the most diligent member’ in his family and revealed that she is a voracious reader. 

“Happy birthday little one. The most diligent one in the family. A voracious reader and a disciplined learner. How have you become like that? That too so early in life. You need to chill ok. Always be true to this pic. This was our last international trip. Jan 2020. Nassau. Bahamas,” Ayushmann wrote. 

Many celebs including Karanvir Bohra, Esha Gupta, Shama Sikandar wished the birthday girl in the comments section. 

Tahira also shared a heartwarming post for her daughter on Instagram, hoping for things to get back to normalcy. She mentioned that Varushka is celebrating her second consecutive birthday in a lockdown.  

“Given the circumstances I know seeing the world upside down makes more sense! Happy birthday little one, this is the second consecutive birthday in a lockdown, really wish the world becomes normal so that you can share the small pleasures of a broken tooth and a bruised knee with your friends!,” Kashyap wrote.  

Twinkle Khanna, Dia Mirza and Neeti Mohan dropped comments on the post. Soon-to-be mommy Neeti commented, “That smile on her face is Priceless. Happy Birthday cutest Varushka. Love you guys.” 

Ayushmann and Tahira tied the knot on November 1, 2008. They welcomed their first child, Virajveer, on January 2, 2012. Their daughter Varushka was born on April 21, 2014.

On the professional front, Ayushmann will be next seen in ‘Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui. The romantic drama co-starring Vaani Kapoor is slated to hit the silver screens on July 9, 2021. 

The 'Badhaai Ho' star also has Anubhav Sinha's 'Anek' in his kitty.
