Aryan Khan Bail: With Convoy Of 4 Vehicles, SRK Leaves For Arthur Road Jail To Bring Home Son

Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has left his house Mannat as his elder son Aryan Khan is all set to walk out of Arthur Road Central Jail on Friday (October 29) evening. The 'Chennai Express' actor was spotted leaving from his sea-facing bungalow in his swanky car by the paparazzi.

The Bombay High Court has granted bail to Aryan at a bond of Rs 1 lakh, according to a report in IANS. The star kid, who is currently lodged in Arthur Jail, will return home after 27 days. 

Juhi Chawla Signs Surety For Aryan Khan  

Justice N. W. Sambre, who granted bail to Aryan Khan and two others, directed the trio to furnish one or more surety and surrender their passport before the Special court. Juhi Chawla, who shares a close relationship with SRK and his family, has signed the surety for Aryan Khan.

Satish Maneshinde, who represented Aryan Khan, said that Chawla has been accepted as surety by the court. "The order was furnished to the Sessions Special Court. Juhi Chawla has been accepted as surety by the court. Bail formalities are being completed. Once the bonds are signed, they'll directly go from the court to jail," Maneshinde was quoted as saying by ANI.

 

Aryan Khan's Bail Order Conditions

The court has asked Aryan, Arbaz Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha to not indulge in similar activities or make any public statements related to the case. The trio will have to visit the NCB office every Friday between 11am-2pm and go there whenever called.

The Bombay High Court has also directed Khan to not influence the witnesses in any manner or attempt to delay the trial. The star kid will have to attend court on all dates in the bail order.
