New Delhi: The Yami Gautam-led film, 'Article 370,' continues its impressive run at the box office, crossing the notable milestone of Rs 30 crore on its fifth day since release. Since hitting the theatres on February 23, the movie has been receiving widespread acclaim and positive feedback.


On Tuesday, the film collected approximately Rs 3.25 crore, maintaining a steady performance at the box office. With this latest addition, its total collection now stands at an estimated Rs 30 crore nett, as reported by sacnilk. 


Trade analyst Taran Adarsh  shared the official box office collection of  'Article 370’ and wrote, “#Article370 is trending very well on weekdays… Tue is at par with Mon, says it all… Fri 6.12 cr, Sat 9.08 cr, Sun 10.25 cr, Mon 3.60 cr, Tue 3.55 cr. Total: ₹ 32.60 cr."






Producer Aditya Dhar, who is also Yami Gautam's husband, shared his astonishment at the film's reception. He commented, "Our film had characters based on real-life people, who worked tirelessly for the abrogation of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. The idea was to narrate their struggles in real life and bring it to viewers through the audio-visual medium. However, we never imagined our film getting such a response and receiving so much love from viewers."


About ‘Article 370’ 


For the unversed, 'Article 370' presents a compelling narrative against the backdrop of Jammu and Kashmir, focusing on the pivotal revocation of Article 370 by the Union Government on August 5, 2019. In the film, Yami Gautam portrays the role of intelligence officer Zooni Haksar, leading a stellar cast that includes Priyamani, Arun Govil, and Kiran Karmarkar in key roles.
