Mumbai: Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor took to social media to share a heartfelt post for her cousin Arjun Kapoor, who turned a year older on Saturday (June 26). The 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga' star also posted a throwback photo from her wedding to wish the birthday boy. 

Sonam also uploaded photos of Arjun with her husband Anand Ahuja wherein they can be seen having a great time. She wrote, “My dearest Arjun. Happy happy birthday! I’m so proud to see you become the kind, selfless and most caring man I know. Here’s to more happy memories and happier times with you.”

The 'Dostana 2' actress shared a picture wherein Arjun can be seen hugging her on her Instagram story. She wrote, "It's your birthday! And you year. Thank you for teaching me so fast that how much fun it is to have such a great brother. Thanks always for the gyaan but thanks more for the reality checks and food posts. Love you and enjoy."

Janhvi thanked her half-brother for the 'gyaan' and 'reality checks' while sharing a post on social media.

Arjun Kapoor hosted a bash at his residence in Mumbai to celebrate his birthday with his industry friends. The likes of Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Vijay Deverakonda and Janhvi Kapoor attended the party.  

On the professional front, Arjun Kapoor will be next seen in ‘Bhoot Police. The horror comedy also stars Saif Ali Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Yami Gautam. Arjun will also feature in Mohit Suri’s ’Ek Villain 2’.
