Amitabh Bachchan To Undergo A Surgery; ‘Mayday’ Actor Shares An Update On His Health

New Delhi: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan recently shared an update about his health on his blog. In his blog, the ‘Piku’ actor revealed that he is about to undergo surgery but did not disclose what surgery he will go through.

Amitabh Bachchan wrote in his blog “medical condition .. surgery .. can’t write”. As soon as the ‘Mayday’ actor revealed his health condition, fans started praying for his health.

One user wrote, “My dearest Amitji Namaste Pranam, Pls don't take any kind of stress,pls don’t write anything, pls do follow all the instructions of the doctors, our prayers for your speedy healing and the healthy recovery, may God protect you from everything, lots of love and DO TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF YOURSELF PLS AND REST WELL COMPLETELY Love you Amitji always”. While another user wrote, “Prayers for speedy recovery sir Be safe and in care”.

Amitabh Bachchan, along with 3 other family members including Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aaradhya Bachchan have earlier contracted the COVID-19 virus last year. All of them were admitted to a private hospital in Mumbai for their treatment and were kept in quarantine.

Big B was busy shooting for his upcoming film ‘Mayday’. Directed by Ajay Devgn, this upcoming film also stars the actor, Rakul Preet Singh and Angira Dhar. ‘Mayday’ will also mark the Bollywood debut of YouTuber Carry Minati and Akanksha Singh will be seen portraying the character of Ajay Devgn's on-screen wife.

Meanwhile, speaking on the professional front, Amitabh Bachchan will be next seen starring in ‘Brahmastra’ alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, ‘Jhund’ and ‘Chehre’ alongside Emraan Hashmi.
