Amid Prabhas' Kalki 2898 AD Release, Ajay Devgn And Tabu Starrer Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha Gets Postponed

The makers of 'Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha', starring Tabu and Ajay Devgn, shared that the movie will get a new release date.

'Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha' will not be released on Friday, July 5, as announced earlier.

The release of 'Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha', which stars Tabu and Ajay Devgn, has been postponed. The makers of the romance thriller shared on Tuesday that the movie will get a new release date. Producers revealed that they had chosen to delay the movie "on the request of the exhibitors and the distribution fraternity." 'Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha' will not be released on Friday, July 5, as announced earlier.

Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha release date pushed

Taking to Instagram, NH STUDIOZ shared a post and the caption read, "The wait is a little longer… #AuronMeinKahanDumTha."

In a statement, the makers said, "Dear friends, on request of the exhibitors and the distribution fraternity, we have collectively decided to shift the release date of our film, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha. New Release date to be announced soon."

The trailer of the film begins with Ajay Devgn, who plays Krishna, expressing his belief that Tabu, who plays Vasudha, is the love of his life. He asserts that no one can ever separate them. But fate had ideas of its own. Later, we see a montage of clips from the film and then Ajay sitting in jail. 

About movie Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha

‘Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha’ is Ajay and Tabu’s tenth film together. Speaking of the lead pair, director Neeraj Panday said, “Two years back, when we were figuring out our next theatrical release, the germ of this film came to me. It was there in some form in my head before that but I didn’t actually sit down and write about it till two years ago. And Ajay and Tabu were my first choices. Having said that, I don’t know if it’s their friendship that translated onscreen because I know nothing about its background.”

Neeraj Pandey's romantic drama is set between 2002 and 2023. 'Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha' also stars Jimmy Sheirgill and Sayaji Shinde.
