New Delhi: Actor Sunny Deol has been away from the big screens since he featured in the 2019 movie ‘Blank’. The ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’ actor will now be seen starring alongside Dulquer Salmaan, Pooja Bhatt and ‘Scam 1992’ actress Shreya Dhanwanthary in the upcoming movie ‘Chup: Revenge Of The Artist’.
Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar took to his social media and announced this upcoming project of R. Balki. While announcing, the ‘Sooryavanshi’ actor wrote, “After watching this, one cannot stay #Chup! I have so many questions, what an intriguing poster! Eagerly looking forward to it, #RBalki.”
The movie is slated to hit the screens in the year 2022.
Son of veteran actor Dharmendra, Sunny Deol stepped into Bollywood in the year 1983. He featured in a lead role in his father’s production ‘Betaab’ opposite Amrita Singh. This movie also marked the actress’ debut in the film industry.
Sunny Deol has delivered some extra-ordinary roles with movies like ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’, ‘Damini’, ‘Ghatak’, ‘Darr’, and many more. The actor has worked in more than 85 movies in his career till date.
Meanwhile, speaking about the other actor Dulquer Salmaan in ‘Chup: Revenge Of The Artist’, the Malayalam actor made his debut in the year 2012 with ‘Second Show’. He is the son of popular actor Mammootty. Dulquer made his Bollywood debut with the 2018 movie ‘Karwaan’ starring alongside Irrfan Khan. He then featured in the Hindi film ‘The Zoya Factor’ opposite Sonam Kapoor.
Other than ‘Chup: Revenge Of The Artist’, Dulquer will also be seen featuring in ‘Kurup’, ‘Salute’, ‘Hey Sinamika’ and ‘Yuddham Tho Rasina Prema Katha’ (working title for upcoming Telugu movie opposite Mrunal Thakur).
