New Delhi: Ibrahim Ali Khan has already been cast in his second movie. The romantic drama-themed movie will reportedly be directed by Kunal Deshmukh. The movie's working title is 'Diler'.  Ibrahim will be appearing in a movie made by Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films, according to a report from Pinkvilla.

The story's narrative remains unknown, and the flick's other cast members haven't been selected yet. According to the source, the movie's filming would begin in December 2023 and will take place mostly in London. "Ibrahim Ali Khan loved the script and immediately gave his nod. It’s a very balanced, well-written love story that promises to take audiences on a ride filled with love and music. The conversation with Ibrahim has reached a final stage, and he will soon be signing on the dotted line. Ibrahim’s jump from thriller to romance also showcases his versatility as an upcoming performer," the source told Pinkvilla.

Ibrahim has already signed on for 'Sarzameen', a project by Dharma Productions, to serve as his acting debut. The movie will be helmed by actor Boman Irani's son, Kayoze Irani. Ibrahim will wrap up the ongoing production of his first movie, which began in February, before moving on to his second project. Ibrahim plays a terrorist in his debut movie, according to multiple reports, while Kajol and Prithviraj are supposed to play a married couple.

A source spoke to Hindustan Times about Ibrahim Ali Khan and said, “Unlike some other newcomers, he isn't over-smart (or doesn't carry the star kid tag). Work wise, he was good. And, of course, he reminds everyone of Saif Ali Khan. When he comes to the sets, it feels like Saif from 20 years ago has stepped in. He is so young and just a true carbon copy of his father.”

Ibrahim's debut had previously been confirmed by his sister, actor Sara Ali Khan. He had 'just finished' filming his debut as an actor, she had said.
