After 'Road Trip' YRF comes up with new short film based on 'Ladies Room'

Mumbai: Yash Raj Films (YRF) has come out with new web series named "Ladies Room". It's a story about two best friends with questionable life skills boldly going where no man has gone before - the women’s washroom. "Ladies Room" takes place in six different loos as characters Dingo and Khanna try to survive one disaster after another, and holds the singular feat of never showing any men in their entirety. "It’s been quite a ride for Y-Films over the last four months with probably the widest range of original content for the internet, from web series to short films, and satires to transgender bands...Y-Films is now launching its next original fiction series, 'Ladies Room'," said Ashish Patil, Head of Y-Films, producer of "Ladies Room". Talking about the fictional series Patil shared that the characters Dingo and Khanna will be essayed by Saba Azad, who was last seen in "Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge" and Shreya Dhanwanthary, who is making her fiction series debut with "Ladies Room". The comedy is directed by Ashima Chibber, whose directorial debut "Mere Dad Ki Maruti", was a commercial hit. "The series promises to be another game changer on the net and Dingo and Khanna are going to take you on the ride of a lifetime!" Patil added. The comedy fictional web-series is slated to release in May. Y- Films has previously come up with short films including "Road trip" starring Nimrat Kaur and Tahir Raj Bhasin, "Koi Dekh Lega" starring Saqib Saleem and Shweta Tripathi.   IANS
