Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor's Laal Singh Chaddha Finally Receives Its Due, Fans Trend #RediscoveringLSC On Twitter

'Laal Singh Chaddha' saw new life after its release on Netflix, and now after its television premiere, the film has reached an even wider audience and demographic.

New Delhi: Looks like Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer 'Laal Singh Chaddha' is receiving its due credit long after its theatrical release now. 'Laal Singh Chaddha' saw new life after its release on Netflix, and now after its television premiere, the film has reached an even wider audience and demographic. Microblogging site Twitter is filled with such appreciation posts for the film after its TV premiers.

The film has been trending on Twitter with #Rediscovering LSC and #Laal Singh Chaddha.

A user wrote, "My weekend is set. Thanks to Laal Singh Chaddha on tv Really enjoying this cinema #RediscoveringLSC."

Another user wrote, "Caught the television premiere of Laal Singh Chaddha what a masterpiece! One of the best made Indian films by #AamirKhan! #RediscoveringLSC."

A tweet read, "The film Laal Singh Chaddha may be centred around Aamir Khan's man child, but it is Kareena's emotional turmoil that lends the story its lingering poignancy."

Another tweet read, "Say what you want to about Laal Singh Chaddha, but I think on a technical level, it is the most well crafted Bollywood movie of 2022. Cinematography, production design, music everything was A++."

A heartfelt post on the film said, "If any film this year deserves an “honorable mention” spot in people’s top 10 lists, I think it should be Laal Singh Chaddha. It is definitely going in mine at least. The film isn’t perfect, far from it actually. If you tell me the film doesn’t deserve a top 10 spot overall…"

"Woow what a Great movie Top class performance by amir khaan #RediscoveringLSC Laal Singh Chaddha," a user said. Another wrote, "Laal Singh Chaddha is love honestly so mesmerised by it 🥹🫶🏻"

People appreciated how a classic like 'Forrest Gump' was recreated so well in the form of 'Laal Singh Chaddha'. "Remaking a cult classic like Forrest Gump is a tough task and in India if someone could have achieved this feat then it was surely Aamir and he has done it nicely. #RediscoveringLSC," a tweet read.

'Laal Singh Chaddha' is a remake of the Oscar-winning film 'Forrest Gump' starring Tom Hanks and Robin Wright. The film has been directed by Adavit Chandan, who also directed the superhit film 'Secret Superstar'. Advait, Aamir and their team worked on 'Laal Singh' for more than 12 years. The film has heightened expectations but fell prey to the 'Boycott trend' which was ongoing at the time of the film's release.

Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor's old statements from interview clips were cut and shared on social media adding more fuel to the on-fire Boycott trends.

But looks like LSC has finally received its due on social media.
