To which, his co-star from the movie Tabu commented, “Why don’t you give me these cool edits ya?”
‘Andhadhun’ won three National Film Awards - Best Feature Film in Hindi, Best Actor for Ayushmann Khurrana, and Best Screenplay.
The movie will have both Tamil-language and Telugu-language remake. Thiagarajan Sivanandam has bought the rights for the Tamil remake where his son Prashanth will be portraying Ayushmann’s role. The Telugu-language remake will be directed by Merlapaka Gandhi featuring Nithiin in the lead role.
Speaking on the work front, the ‘Bala’ actor was last seen in the movie ‘Shubh Mangal Zyaada Saavdhaan; which saw a theatrical release. His movie ‘Gulabo Sitabo’, directed by Shoojit Sircar, co-starring Amitabh Bachchan was released on the OTT platform due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Khurrana is currently preparing for his upcoming movie with Abhishek Kapoor opposite Vaani Kapoor where the ‘Dream Girl’ actor will be seen portraying the character of a Cross-Functional Athlete.
