ABP News has received information that the ‘Disco Dancer’ actor suddenly suffered from stomach infection during the shoot, due to which he had to return to his hotel. But instead of taking Mithun to the hospital, the doctors were called to the hotel itself and after giving him medicines, the doctors advised him to rest.

Now, according to the latest update, Mithun Chakraborty has started shooting once again and he will be shooting there continuously till 6 January. On January 7, the entire unit of the film will finish shooting and return from there.

Director of ‘The Kashmir Files’ Vivek Agnihotri told ABP News, “We were shooting a big action sequence. Everything was centred around Mithun Chakraborty's character, but suddenly he got a stomach infection. In such a situation, no normal person can even stand up or shoot. But, he went out for some time and came back and completed the shooting without losing time.”

The director added, “When he came back for the shoot in the morning, he cheered everyone, motivated everyone and made sure that everyone was working at a fast pace. Mithun Da is one of the most hardworking and professional actors.”

'The Kashmir Files' is a film based on the migration of Kashmiri Hindus from Jammu and Kashmir and their plight. Apart from Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher will also be seen in a pivotal role in the movie. Earlier, Vivek had made the film 'The Tashkent Files' based on the mysterious death of Lal Bahadur Shastri, which released in 2019 and proved to be a hit film.
