After ‘Fighter’, Hrithik And Deepika To Come Together For A Movie Based On Ramayana?

New Delhi: Fans of two Bollywood stars Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone have been eagerly waiting to watch them together on screen. Their wait came to an end when earlier this month, during Hrithik’s birthday, the makers announced with a motion picture that the duo will share the screen for the first time in ‘Fighter’.

Well, it seems that Hrithik and Deepika’s fans are in for a treat as it has been reported that Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone will be seen playing the lead characters in a movie based on Ramayana. According to Bollywood sources, producer Madhu Mantena Varma has decided to put Rs 300 crore on this film. Reportedly, ‘Chhichhore’ director Nitish Tiwari direct Madhu's film Ramayana.

Reportedly, the film Ramayana is one of the dream projects of Madhu Mantena. According to the information received, this film will be released in 3D and work on the film has been started. The ‘Udta Punjab’ producer has given the task of collecting research and facts on Ramayana to some research scholars. At the same time, as Ramayana is a big epic, which is not easy to cover in a 3-hour film, so the ‘Super 30’ producer has decided to put this film on screen in 2 parts.

The Bollywood industry has made films based on the Ramayana many times before. Film directors have put this story in front of the audience in their own way.

Meanwhile, on the occasion of his birthday, Hrithik Roshan took to his social media and introduced ‘Fighter’ with a motion poster and a sweet note introducing Siddharth Anand’s production house ‘MARFLIX’ and Deepika Padukone. The motion poster has Hrithik’s voiceover saying, “Duniya mein mil jayenge aashiq kai, Par watan se haseen sanam nahin hota. Heeron mein simat kar, sone se lipat kar marte hain kai, par tirange se khoobsurat qafan nahin hota. Release date 30 Sept 2022”.

Hrithik’s caption read, “Presenting a glimpse of the MARFLIX vision as #Fighter! Looking forward to my first flight alongside the exceptional @deepikapadukone. All buckled up for this #SiddharthAnand joyride.”
