A new teaser for the much anticipated ‘Squid Game’ second season has been released by Netflix Korea. On Friday, the streaming platform posted a video to its YouTube page that was almost a minute long.
Squid Game season 2 new teaser out
The video began with Lee Jung-jae's character Seong Gi-hun, who was woken up startled by his doorbell. With a revolver in his hand, he opened the door to reveal a masked man standing before him. Then, as the players got ready to start a new round of life-or-death trials, the video showed viewers inside the Squid game place. A masked person then said in Korean, "We are ready to start the game."
Given that he was wearing an outfit bearing the number "456," Seong Gi-hun was also a suspect. The story revolves around Seong Gi-hun's return to the terrifying game with a new sense of purpose, taking place three years after his stormy win in the first season. Seong Gi-hun returns to the game with a new set of rivals in hopes of winning a staggering 45.6 billion won, having cancelled his plans to visit the US.
