South Korean actor Song Jae Rim passed away at the age of 39. Best known for his role as the devoted bodyguard Lord Kim Jae-woon in the hit 2012 drama ‘The Moon Embracing the Sun’, where he starred alongside Kim Soo-hyun, Song was found dead on November 12 in his Seoul apartment.

Reports reveal that a handwritten 'two-page letter' was found at the scene, though the cause of his death is currently unknown, and investigations are ongoing.

A memorial has been arranged at Yeouido St. Mary’s Hospital Funeral Hall, where his younger sister is acting as the chief mourner. His funeral is set to take place on November 14.
