Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt In Anissa Malhotra's Baby Shower Video; Watch

New Delhi: Armaan Jain's wife Anissa Malhotra recently had her baby shower ceremony. Anissa shared several pictures from the ceremony featuring her family and the women from the Kapoor family. The baby shower ceremony was a star-studded affair. On Thursday, Anissa shared a video clip from the event in which she shared moments from the baby shower ceremony which her friends and family had.
The video shows Anissa wearing a navy blue saree gifted to her by her mother while Armaan wears an off white kurta set with a floral waistcoat. The clip shows Anissa and Armaan smiling at each other as he keeps his hand on her belly. Several rituals were also shown from Anissa's Agarni ceremony (A Parsi ritual celebrating a woman on the brink of motherhood).
In one part, we see Neetu Kapoor laughing as she looks into the camera. Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor are also captured smiling into the camera in other moments of the video.
Rima Jain and Nitasaha Nanda were also part of the event as was Nayva Nanda.
Anissa captioned her post, "1 + 1 = 3 (butterfly, pregnant woman, and blue heart emojis) Surrounded by my closest friends and family." Reacting to the video, a person commented, "Beautiful Anissa! Stay blessed.

Armaan Jain and Anissa Malhotra tied the knot in February 2020, and their wedding reception was a star-studded one. The couple is all set to welcome their first child and hosted a baby shower in February this year.
Meanwhile, in the Kapoor family, Alia Bhatt also delivered a baby girl in November last year. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt named her Raha and the two have been on parenting duties ever since. Alia and Ranbir have also been doing some projects side by side. It is a season of new family members being added to Bollywood's first family.
