Kangana Ranaut raised her voice one more time for Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide and against ‘nepotism’ in the Bollywood industry. She proclaimed that a ‘suicide gang’ exists in the film industry and attacked the Bollywood biggies including Karan Johar, Mahesh Bhatt, Aditya Chopra and Javed Akhtar in her recent interview with Republic TV. She also exposed how she was being abashed and threatened by Aditya Chopra for refusing to work in Yash Raj Films’ 2016 production ‘Sultan’ starring Salman Khan. The ‘Panga’ actress shared her opinion of being an artist and said that she has the democratic right as an actor to refuse a movie if the character doesn’t seem appealing to her. But these decisions made her more vulnerable to the big names in Bollywood and as a result of which, some directors have gone to the length of physically assaulting her for doing so.

Kangana Ranaut revealed some shocking details about Yash Raj Films’ head Aditya Chopra. She told that Aditya Chopra threatened her for turning down ‘Sultan’.

"The director came to my house and narrated the script. I had a meeting with Aditya Chopra... just so that I could express my apologies in person and he was fine at the time. But later a news piece came out saying 'Kangana said No to Sultan'. And then he messaged me, 'How dare you? You say No to me'. And then he told me, 'You are finished', " revealed the ‘Queen’ actress.

Kangana added, “What I want to convey through this interview is... for me, I have only to lose here... because I know tomorrow they will get some 20 needy outsiders like Taapsee Pannu or Swara Bhasker who will get up and say, 'Oh! Only Kangana has problems with nepotism. We love Karan Johar'."

On the work front, the ‘Rangoon’ actress will be next seen starring in ‘Thalaivi’ and ‘Dhaakad’ which are conjectured to be released this year.
