On Saturday, the ‘Thappad’ actress took to her Twitter and reacted to Kangana’s statement of her being the ‘proof of nepotism’ in a sarcastic and witty way.
The actress wrote, “Maine suna class 12th n 10th ke result ke baad humaara result bhi aa gaya hai! Humaara grade system ab official hai ? Abhi tak toh number system pe value decide hoti thi na #MaLifeMaRulesMaShitMaPot”
The ‘Badla’ actress later in an exclusive interview with Hindustan Times shed light on the fact that she never mentioned in any domain that ‘I like Karan Johar’. She made clear that Karan is known to her in the formal capacity and has the authority to have her personal opinion just like Kangana does. In the view of the fact that both their opinion doesn’t match, it doesn’t make her inferior, Taapsee added.
In the interview, the ‘Pink’ actress also clarified the ‘Queen’ star’s take on nepotism and about Taapsee being a better actor than Alia Bhatt and Ananya Panday. She said that she has been doing at least and has 5 announced already'. The actress agreed to the fact that she has been dropped out of movies and has been replaced with star kids but Kangana's allegations against her are 'actually an equal level of harassment, if not more'.

Simi Garewal, on the other hand, applauded the ‘Judgemental Hai Kya’ actress and called her braver and bolder than her. She tweeted, “I applaud #KanganaRanaut who is braver & bolder than I am. Only I know how a 'powerful' person has viciously tried to destroy my career. I stayed silent. Because I am not so brave... @KanganaOffical”
