Mumbai: Actress Rhea Chakraborty, who has been making the headlines ever since Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput passed away last year on June 14. The ‘Jalebi’ actress was in a relationship with the ‘Dil Bechara’ actor and the couple was living together. However, a few days before SSR’s death, Rhea moves out of his house.
However, after Sushant’s father lodged an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and others for the abetment of his son’s suicide, CBI, NCB and ED started grilling the actress. She was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the month of September in relation to the drugs case that emerged while investigating the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. She, however, came out on bail after a month.
Today, on the occasion of Father’s Day, Rhea Chakraborty took to her social media and shared a throwback picture with her father. She shared a heartfelt note along with the picture and wrote, “Happy Father’s Day to my papa ! You are my resilience, you are my inspiration. I’m sorry times have been tough , but I’m so proud to be your little girl My daddy strongest ! Love you papa Mishti #faujikibeti”.
Showik Chakraborty Also Wished His 'Man' On Father's Day
Rhea Chakraborty's brother Showik also took to his Instagram and wished his father on this special day. He wrote, "Happy Father’s Day my man You inspire me everyday".
Also, a few days back, on first-year anniversary of Sushant Singh Rajput, the ‘Mere Dad Ki Maruti’ actress shared a picture with the actor. Her caption read, “There is no life without you ,you took the meaning of it with you. This void cannot be filled..Without you , I’m standing still..My sweet sunshine boy , I promise to give you ‘Malpua ‘everyday and read all the quantum physics books in this world- please come back to me I miss you my best friend,my man ,my love..Bebu and putput forever”.
Meanwhile, speaking on the professional front, Rhea Chakraborty will be next seen starring alongside Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi in ‘Chehre’.
