Hyderabad: There have been times when fans have shown that they can go to any extent to prove their love and support for their favourite stars. In one such feat, actor Prakash Raj’s fan has decided to walk 485 km for over four days from Rajahmundry to Hyderabad to showcase his support to the actor.

According to the sources, a fan, Palli Ranjith Kumar, who is also a junior actor in Telugu cinema, wants to extend his support for the popular actor, who is recently announced for candidacy for the President of Movie Artists Association. The multi-faceted actor is apparently facing issue in the polls for he being the non-local to Tollywood. So, the fan decided to extend his support to the star mentioning that the actor adopted a village in Mahboobnagar district in Telangana and he cannot be called a non-local.

When the ace actor came across the news, he immediately took to Twitter to urge Palli Ranjith Kumar to withdraw his endeavour, “It is the selfless love of people like you that drives me forward as an artist. Your effort to walk hundreds of kilometres is causing me pain. Please withdraw from the long walk and go back to your home. I would personally meet you soon,” said Prakash Raj (this is translated text of the actor's Telugu tweet).

The Bommarillu actor recently met a minor accident during shooting Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan and fractured his hand. Later, he flew to Hyderabad to get the surgery done by his friend Dr Guruvareddy, who successfully treated him.
