New Delhi: ‘Bigg Boss 7’ contestant Armaan Kohli has been arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on August 28, 2021, in an alleged drugs case. The investigating agency arrested Armaan after conducting a raid at his residence from where they recovered cocaine. He was booked under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act


Well, after his arrest, Armaan Kohli was presented before the court and is currently under the custody of the NCB. Now, according to a report of PTI, the custody of ‘Bigg Boss 7’ contestant Armaan Kohli has been extended till September 1, 2021. The alleged drug peddler named Ajay Singh, who got arrested, also will have to stay under NCB custody till September 1, according to the PTI report.


Also, two other drug peddlers have also been arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau during a raid in the Juhu area. The peddlers were arrested with MD. A report of ANI reads, “Mumbai: Two drug peddlers arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a raid in Juhu area. They were arrested with MD drug, following the arrest of actor Armaan Kohli.”



Also, according to a report of ANI, NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede revealed that Armaan Kohli was answering NCB’s questions ambiguously. The report read, “After the raid, actor Armaan Kohli gave ambiguous answers to questions put up by NCB. He was then taken to custody for questioning at the NCB office: NCB Zonal Director (Mumbai) Sameer Wankhede”.



After a long interrogation, the NCB arrested Armaan Kohli under sections 21(a), 27(a), 28, 29, 30, & 35 of NDPS Act.
