New Delhi: Yo Yo Honey Singh's ‘Love Dose’ featuring Urvashi Rautela was a huge hit due to its infectious rhythms. The music video was already a visual delight, but now we know more about its production thanks to Urvashi Rautela's newest confession. Urvashi has now revealed that Yo Yo Honey Singh requested that she darken her skin tone by '10 shades' for the song video.

In a podcast of Hindi Rush, Urvashi was asked whether any directors had ever requested that she change her physical appearance for a project. Instead, she claims that many have asked her to darken her complexion.

Urvashi shared, “They have always asked to darken the skin. It is in Bollywood as well as in the South. For the movie that I am shooting right now, I am making my makeup completely dark. You don’t have to change completely. Sometimes, the character requires it. We have to follow what our director wants because it is his vision. So, it is often said that Urvashi, ‘You are very fair, you tone it down a bit. Make it 10 shades darker. Make it 12 shades darker.’
