Twinkle Khanna Shares Flashback Photos With Mom Dimple Kapadia, Says 'I Am Still Her Bodyguard'

New Delhi: On Wednesday, Twinkle Khanna posted a series of nostalgic photos on Instagram, giving her fans a fascinating look into the special bond she enjoys with her mother, Dimple Kapadia. The black-and-white images nicely show the mother and daughter's loving and supportive relationship. 

The first image is of a little Twinkle, clutching her mother's hand in a fun manner. Twinkle is the epitome of sweetness and innocence with her short hair. She looks exactly the same in the second photo. In the last photo, modern-day Twinkle and her suit-clad mother have a lighthearted moment together.

The photographs perfectly depict their loving bond. 

Twinkle said in the caption that she is capable of protecting her mother now that she is an adult, expressing her emotions of protectiveness towards her mother. She captioned the throwback photos, “All I need is a little suit, and I could easily pass off as her bouncer. Forty years later, I am still her bodyguard. Twinkle Khanna previously said in Kareena Kapoor Khan's talk show 'What Women Want' that she entered the film industry out of a need for financial security. Since her mother Dimple Kapadia was a single parent, she also said that she helped her out financially. 

Meanwhile, Dimple Kapadia's most recent acting role was in ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’. A number of actors, including Ranbir Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor, and Boney Kapoor, were featured in this blockbuster film.
