Sushant Singh Rajput Birth Anniversary: Rhea Chakraborty Posts A Photo, Actor’s Sister Shares A Throwback Video
Rhea Chakraborty and Sushant Singh Rajput's sister Shweta Singh Kirti celebrated his birth day on Sunday.
New Delhi: Actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who passed away, would have turned 38 today. Actor and then-girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, along with his sister Shweta Singh Kirti, celebrated his birth day on Sunday by sharing posts on social media.
Shweta, Sushant's sister, posted a video of him having fun. “Happy Birthday to My Sona Sa Bhai. Love you forever....infinity to the power infinity. Hope you live in million hearts and motivate them to do and be good. May your legacy be the millions you have inspired to be God-like and generous. On the other hand, Rhea Chakraborty posted a photo of a smiling Sushant on her Instagram Stories on Sunday morning, along with a red heart emoji.
Rajput was found dead in his apartment in suburban Bandra on June 14, 2020. Rhea was arrested in 2020 for allegedly procuring drugs for Sushant. She spent 28 days in jail before being granted bail. She detailed her experience in jail and the ordeal she faced after Sushant’s death.
The accusation against Rhea Chakraborty was that she abetted in suicide, according to a lawsuit filed by Sushant's father. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) detained Rhea and her brother Showik Chakraborty in connection with a narcotics case involving Sushant. After that, the CBI took up the investigation, and they have been probing the actor's death ever since.
