Comedian Sunil Pal, who had gone missing for a few hours on Tuesday, has now been found and is safe. His wife, Sarita Pal, had reached out to the police for assistance after losing contact with him, causing concern among his well-wishers.


Sunil Pal Contacts His Family


Reports of Sunil Pal's disappearance on Tuesday created a stir. However, hours later, he contacted his family, informing them that he was on his way back home. Late Tuesday evening, he reached out to reassure them.


The police plan to question the comedian-actor about the situation upon his return. Mumbai-based photographer Viral Bhayani's team contacted Sarita, who provided an update via a text message: “Sunil ji se baat ho gayee. He has spoken to the police.” (I have spoken to Sunil ji. He has also spoken to the police.)


Film trade analyst Girish Wankhede also shared an update, revealing that Sunil Pal mentioned there was a problem but assured he was fine. “But he is out of it. He is now taking a flight from Delhi to Mumbai,” Wankhede told Etimes.


Additionally, Daya Nayak, a senior police official of Unit 9 Crime Branch, stated, “The actor was found safe and is now returning home. They are now investigating the facts of the case.”


Sunil Pal goes missing


Sunil Pal had traveled outside Mumbai for a show and was expected to return on December 3. When he did not arrive home, his wife became worried and attempted to contact him. Initially, his phone was reportedly unreachable, and later it was switched off, prompting her to seek help.
