Sobhita Dhulipala was overjoyed as she began a new chapter in life with actor Naga Chaitanya. The couple tied the knot on December 4 in Hyderabad, surrounded by their loved ones. A video from the wedding day has now surfaced, showing Sobhita embracing the celebrations with infectious energy.

Dancing with joy

In the clip, Sobhita is seen dancing to her own baaraat music, her face glowing with happiness. Her excitement is evident as she beams about her marriage. The video was shared by her makeup and hair artist, Shraddha Mishra.

The footage captures Sobhita getting ready for her wedding. At one point, she is seen joyfully grooving to the beats of the dhol playing outside. Exclaiming with enthusiasm, she says, “Shraddha, meri shaadi ho rahi hai! (I am getting married).”

The behind-the-scenes video also features the makeup artist working on Sobhita’s bridal look. After completing her preparations, Sobhita strikes elegant poses for the camera. Blushing with joy, she admits, “Now I’m feeling shy,” before resuming her dance to the dhol beats.

The post was captioned, “Glowing with love and just the right touch of magic @sobhitad." In response, Sobhita commented, “Baaraat FOMO is real.”

About the wedding

Nagarjuna’s son, Naga Chaitanya, and Sobhita Dhulipala tied the knot on December 4 in a private ceremony attended by close friends and family at the iconic Annapurna Studios, Hyderabad. The event was a celebration of Telugu customs and traditions, with rituals conducted under the guidance of elders. Celebrities added a touch of glamour to the festivities, making the occasion even more special.

Nagarjuna shared official wedding photos on his X (formerly Twitter) account. He wrote, “Watching Sobhita and Chay begin this beautiful chapter together has been a special and emotional moment for me. Congratulations to my beloved Chay, and welcome to the family, dear Sobhita—you've already brought so much happiness into our lives."

For the ceremony, Sobhita wore a gold Kanjivaram silk saree with real gold zari, paying homage to her cultural heritage. Naga Chaitanya looked dashing in a traditional white ensemble. After the wedding, the couple made their first public appearance as husband and wife on December 6 at the Srisailam temple in Andhra Pradesh.
