New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan and Farah Khan have always been good friends. On Friday, Farah's mother Menaka Irani passed away. SRK visited his dear friend Farah's residence to pay his last respects. Menaka was 79 years old. Several celebrities including Rani Mukerji, Shilpa Shetty, Salim Khan and Fardeen Khan among several others were present at Farah's residence to pay their last respects.

On Friday, Shah Rukh Khan, his wife Gauri, and their daughter Suhana, visited Farah's house. A video of the same is being shared online. In a paparazzi video, SRK is seen stepping out of his car and walking towards the lift of Farah's residence, followed by his daughter Suhana and wife Gauri Khan, who was rushed towards the lift.
In another set of pictures, SRK is seen leaving the house, while Farah Khan accompanies him. The actor-director duo have collaborated on films such as 'Main Hoon Na', 'Om Shanti Om', and 'Happy New Year'.
Several known celebrities like T-Series owner Bhushan Kumar also visited the director's home in Mumbai. Meanwhile, Menaka Irani, who is the sister of Zoya and Farhan Akhtar's mother Honey Irani, also received a tribute from Zoya, who shared a special post on her Insatgram handle. She wrote, "Menka aunty, you shaped my life in was I will be eternally grateful for. You made me read, you made me laugh, you made me listen to country music and you made me feel like the most special girl in the world. You will always be adored and never be forgotten. Rest in peace. Rest in power.”
