Shah Rukh Khan's 'Agriculturist' Daughter Suhana Khan Buys Rs 12.91 Crore Property In Alibaug
Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan has bought farmland in the Alibaug neighbourhood of Thal, close to Mumbai.
New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan, who will make her acting debut in 'The Archies', has bought farmland in the Alibaug neighbourhood of Thal, close to Mumbai. She paid approximately Rs. 12.91 crore for it. It's interesting to note that Suhana Khan is listed as a "agriculturist" in the registration forms.
The new property owned by Suhana in Alibaug consists of 2,218 square feet of structures and 1.5 acres of agricultural land. She has paid a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakh, according to IndexTap.com's access to the registration record. Three sisters, Anjali, Rekha, and Priya Khot, sold it to her for the price. Déjà Vu Farm Pvt Ltd was listed as the owner of Suhana's property on the registration papers. The agreement for sale stated that the land lot was situated in Thal village, Alibaug, Raigad district.
According to reports, Shah Rukh Khan also has a seaside home in Thal with a helipad and a pool. At the bungalow, he hosted a bash to celebrate his 52nd birthday.
Meanwhile, Suhana got her first brand endorsement deal with a major cosmetics company in April of this year. She will also star in the Netflix original movie 'The Archies', which is directed by Zoya Akhtar. The film also features Sridevi's daughter Khushi Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan's grandson Agastya Nanda. During the annual Netflix Tudum event, the trailer had its world premiere in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The fictional town of Riverdale, in the 1960s, is where the famous comic book series 'The Archies' is set.
Soon, Netflix will start streaming 'The Archies', an Indian adaptation of the popular comic book. The film was produced by Tiger Baby Films (Reema Kagti and Zoya Akhtar) in collaboration with Archie Comics and Graphic India. The release date has not yet been announced.
