New Delhi: Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu posted images of herself that has given us fitness goals once again. Samantha shared these pictures on Thursday morning on Instagram. She posted photos of herself working out, the lush vegetation surrounding her, her weight, and her metabolic age—all without disclosing where she was.

“Forever seeking the morning sun. The best kind of mornings,” Samantha said, attaching a collection of images to Taylor Swift's hit song Ready For It. Samantha is see exercising outside in the first photo, with the sea and surrounding flora serving as her backdrop. She also posted a photo of a stunning pool surrounded by thick vegetation, some birds she saw, and other things.


Samantha is 36 years old, and one of the photos shows that her weight is 50.1 kg and her metabolic age is 23. On Samantha's post, Mrunal Thakur shared a heart-eyes emoji, and her friend, filmmaker Nandini Reddy, made a joke syaing, “Same workout just ippude chesa…. Twice. (I just did the same workout, twice).”


Samantha and Naga Chaitanya officially announced their divorce in 2021, one month ahead of their wedding anniversary, following months of speculation about their breakup. 


Samantha on Myositis


Samantha was identified as having myositis, an autoimmune condition, in 2022.


Speaking about how challenging it was, the actor recently stated on her podcast Take 20, “I remember specifically the year before I had this problem, it was an extremely difficult year for me. I specifically remember the day that I think my friend/partner/manager Himank, and I were traveling back from Mumbai. And this was in June of the year before last, and I remember telling him that finally I feel calm.”


She also added, “I haven’t felt a little relaxed and a little calm in a very, very long time. And I finally feel like I can breathe and I can go to sleep, and I can now wake up and focus on my work and be the best that I can be at work. And I woke up with this condition (myositis).”


On the work front, Samantha will next be seen in the Indian version of ‘Citadel’ alongside Varun Dhawan.
