Salman Khan has been under significant pressure in recent weeks due to increased threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, after the killing of his close friend and politician Baba Siddique. Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed to be behind Siddique’s assassination. Salman also received another threat on Thursday with ransom demand of Rs 5 crore. Despite the danger, the actor shot for the Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 18, where security was notably tightened.

Salman Khan says he didn't feel like shooting for Bigg Boss 18

In a recent promo for the show, Salman admitted that he didn’t feel up to being on set but felt obligated to fulfill his work commitments. During a conversation with actress Shilpa Shirodkar, who was visibly emotional due to Avinash Mishra's misbehavior, Salman consoled her, saying, "I hate tears, Shilpa. When your daughter is upset and refuses to eat, what would you tell her?" Shilpa clarified that her anger wasn’t directed at the food but at Avinash's attitude. Salman responded, " “Then, take out your anger on that attitude, don’t have a bond with any feelings in this house. Like today, I have a feeling that mujhe aaj yahan par aana hi nahi tha (I didn’t want to be here today). But a man has got to do what he has to.”

Salman also criticised Arfeen Khan for his conduct on the show, questioning his professionalism and behavior.
