Salman Khan casts vote
Salman Khan was spotted at the Mount Mary School polling station, where he was seen arriving surrounded by a robust security detail. Videos circulating online show the actor dressed casually in a grey t-shirt, jeans, black cap, and sunglasses as he made his way to cast his vote. In the footage, Salman was all smiles, waving to fans who had gathered to catch a glimpse of the actor. He even sent flying kisses to the crowd, and according to reports, took time out for a few selfies with some of his fans.
The actor's visit comes at a time when he is under intense security measures due to repeated threats he has received in recent weeks. On Wednesday, Salman was not the only one from his family seen at the polling booth—his father, veteran screenwriter Salim Khan, and brother Arbaaz Khan were also spotted casting their votes in the city.

The threat, reportedly sent to the Mumbai Traffic Control Room, warned of dire consequences for a lyricist over a song that supposedly linked Salman to the jailed gangster. This marks the fifth such threat in a span of a few weeks.
