New Delhi: To the surprise of many, Raveena Tandon has never done a liplock on camera and maintains a strict no-kiss policy. Since the beginning of her career as an actor, Raveena has upheld the principle that no kissing is allowed in films. She recently described an embarrassing tale from her early career, when her lips accidentally touched a male co-star's lips while performing a scene together. As for the co-star's identity and the movie in question, Raveena kept both of those details under wraps.

In an exclusive interview with Lehren Retro, Raveena Tandon discussed the one occasion she felt physically ill from embarrassment when a male actor kissed her by mistake.

The actress recalled, "I remember I was doing a little rough handling scene with a male actor and I remember by mistake his lips just brushed my lips. It was by mistake, it was not even required. Like in that whole frenzy, it was a mistake. I went to my room and threw up because I was so not comfortable. The shot got over and I went up and I had nausea. I could not bear it. I was like ‘yuck no. Please brush your teeth, wash your mouth a hundred times'."

She added, "If I am not comfortable doing something, I wouldn’t. He was playing a villain’s role. He was so apologetic, and I said it was a mistake.”

She went on to say that the actor had also offered an apology.

Raveena was recently questioned whether she was okay with her daughter Rasha Thadani shooting a kissing sequence in movies as she is about to make her Bollywood debut. Raveena responded, “Again it depends. If she is comfortable doing it with someone, then why not. If she is not comfortable, nobody should have the power to force her to do anything that she does not want to do.”

Meanwhile, Raveena Tandon was most recently seen in ‘One Friday Night’.
