Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda is all set to marry actress and his long-time girlfriend Lin Laishram on November 29. The actor made the announcement on Instagram. Randeep posted the statement on Instagram with he caption, "We have exciting news."


The statement read, "A Date With Destiny, 29-11-2023 


Taking a leaf out of Mahabharata where Arjuna married Manipuri Warrior Princess Chitrangada, We are getting married with the blessings from our families and friends. We are filled with immense joy to share that our marriage will take place on the 29th Of November 2023, Imphal, Manipur followed by a reception in Mumbai. As we set to embark on this journey, we seek your blessings and love for this union of cultures, for which we are forever indebted and grateful.

Lin hails from Manipur. She was seen in movies like ‘Mary Kom’, ‘Rangoon’, and most recently ‘Jaane Jaan’. 


"Randeep is in a very happy space and is ready to share his bond with the whole world, but after the wedding. He will be getting married to Laishram in an intimate ceremony in Manipur. At the moment, they are planning a two day event starting from November 28. The wedding will only be attended by family members and close friends. After the wedding, they will be hosting a reception for their industry friends and everyone close to them in Mumbai. However, the date for reception is not yet decided. Randeep is a private person, and he doesn’t want the media attention for the wedding. And that is one of the reasons he is going to Manipur to get married. Another big reason is because he wants to start the new chapter of his life at a place from where his lady love is," Hindustan Times quoted its source as saying.


Last year, Lin and Randeep made their romance official by posting photos on Instagram during Diwali celebrations at his house. Along with the phots, Randeep had added, "Love and light to all around the world #happydiwali.” 


On the work front, Randeep next has ‘Swatantrya Veer Savarkar’, and ‘Tera Kya Hoga Lovely’.
