Randeep Hooda Pens Birthday Wish For Wife Lin Laishram: 'From The Highway To This Way'

New Delhi: Actor Randeep Hooda, who recently got married to longtime girlfriend Lin Laishram, wished his wife on her birthday on Instagram. The actor shared pictures of himself with his wife. In the 1st picture, he can be seen sitting on a bike with his wife. The second picture is from their reception. 

He wrote in the caption, “शुक्र है के भागना नहीं पड़ा. From the highway to this way. Happy Birthday. On a serious note, Didn’t know then that life will change so much and that too for the better. Randeep and Lin got married in a traditional Meitei ceremony on November 29 in Imphal, Manipur in the presence of family members and a few friends. The couple took their wedding vows in the Shannapung resort. 

For the wedding, the actor wore a plain white kurta, dhoti and a matching shawl wrapped around himself. He also wore a white and golden pagdi on his head. 

Lin wore a traditional Manipuri Potloi dress, which is a cylindrical skirt made up of thick fabric and bamboo. It had red satin cloth adorned on it with heavy embellished work on it. She opted for a black and golden embellished blouse, and completed the wedding look with traditional gold jewellery.

Their wedding was followed by a star-studded reception in Mumbai which was attended by Tamannaah Bhatia, Vijay Varma, Imtiaz Ali, Naseeruddin Shah with wife Ratna Shah, Sunidhi Chauhan, Jackie Shroff, Vishal and Rekha Bhardwaj, Madhur Bhandarkar, Milan Luthria, Gulshan Grover, Sunny Hinduja, Nitu Chandra, Darshan Kumar, Rajneesh Duggal, Lulia Vantur, Urvashi Rautela, Sharad Kelkar, among several others.

Randeep and Lin have been in a relationship for a long time. Lin has been a part of films such as 'Mary Kom', 'Rangoon' and recently in 'Jaane Jaan'. 

On the work front, while Lin has been shooting for her film ‘Bun Tikki’, Randeep is busy with the postproduction of his film.
