New Delhi: Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor were joined by their close friends and family to celebrate their daughter Raha Kapoor's first birthday on Monday. There's a video of Raha's birthday menu and a picture of the actors grinning broadly with the cooks at her party. Neetu Kapoor, Ranbir's mother, and Alia's mother Soni Razdan also posted behind-the-scenes photos from Raha's birthday celebration, which took place in Ranbir's Mumbai residence Vastu. Additionally, Shaheen Bhatt also shared inside pictures from the party.
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt threw a house party to celebrate Raha's first birthday. The Private Chefs Club created the meal for the celebration, and head chef Harsh Dixit posted an Instagram Story photo of his staff with Alia and Ranbir either before or after Raha's birthday celebration. Ranbir and Alia were both dressed casually. He captioned the photo, writing, "Happy birthday Raha (cake and panda emojis)."
Based on Harsh's birthday photo, it seems Raha celebrated her birthday with a panda theme. Mahesh Bhatt, Karisma Kapoor, and Kareena Kapoor, together with her sons Jeh and Taimur Ali Khan, were present at the celebration.
The chef also took to Instagram stories and revealed a delicious menu that comprised delicacies like fries, ribbon sandwiches, and Brie chilli cheese toast. Two panda bears were included in the menu, which was displayed in Ranbir and Alia's kitchen. Shaheen Bhatt, the sister of Alia Bhatt, gave her Instagram followers a preview of Raha's birthday celebration earlier.
She uploaded a picture of Raha's name printed on a pink, personalised cookie in the shape of the number 1. "When you're enjoying yourself, time flies. There is no greater delight than loving you, so happy birthday, my bean," she captioned the photo. On Instagram, Alia's mother, the actor Soni Razdan, also posted a picture of Raha's birthday cookies.
Alia posted a heartfelt message for her daughter Raha on Monday although her face was hidden in all the pictures. Her hands were seen messing up a cake in the first photo. In the second picture, Alia, Ranbir, and Raha were holding flowers in their hands, while in the third, the couple was carrying a jukebox that was playing La Vie En Rose by Edith Piaf.
